OK before I gush and completely embarrass myself, I feel like there needs to be a backstory to this story here. Usually, when we read long series where each character gets a story as time goes on we start to pick our favorites. Usually, the best ones, in the beginning, hook the readers in, and then the less important or “not as good” characters come next. But holy crap!!!
This series continues to get better AND better with each installment. Cahress is one of my favorites alpha thus far, and that is rare in a series that 6 books deep but I just can’t help it. He is the perfect blend of sweet and dirty. The storyline continues to expand as we dive deeper into the corrupt ISC who continue to kidnap, test, and torture omegas and their lifemate bond. Duri is pregnant with another alpha’s baby which complicates the crash landing and subsequent kidnapping even more. But have no fear cause the Warrior Elites are coming and boy does it get complicated.
I was on the edge of my seat the entire time! Tempted to toss the tablet, message the author, and repeat to myself “NO ONE CAN DIE!” over and over again. This series makes you invested. It draws you in and makes you care. It makes every move matter, and every decision or action scary AH. These alphas are funny, dangerous, possessive, and sweet. They care for their omega like an alpha should and know EXACTLY what they need and how to give it to them. MUST READ!

Warrior Elite 6 is a suspenseful story with main characters that are so delicious. These characters satisfy my appetite every time. Each character is so complex and phenomenal. If you are looking for a hard ride in a unique world with twist and turns this will not disappoint. This fantastic journey is mind blowing and wonderfully treacherous. I totally recommend this read to lovers of romance, steam and spice. My peeps, start reading right now and you’ll be so glad you did!

This series is so addictive! This book is about a pregnant Omega who has not been marked and claimed. While on a pleasure cruise the ship is attacked and the ISC captures her. Fortunately for her, she is rescued by the Warrior Elite team that includes Caress. (I may have spelled his name wrong). He is a hotty with fur and she is immediately smitten. But they are out in the desert with other survivors and she doesn’t know what happened to her best friend, who is also her baby daddy. But I digress. Caress is also immediately smitten because she is his life mate. He can’t claim her because they are not safe. But being away from her baby daddy is causing all sorts of problems and she could lose the baby without his ah “contributions”. I am still reeling from all of the knotted stuff and claiming and what a pregnant Omega has to do to carry the child to term. It was a good story, but seriously, the series is ADDICTING. I received an audio ARC of this book but my review is voluntary.

Mended and Marked has fantastic world building and great characters. This is part of a wonderful series by V.T. Bond. This book is a short and sweet read that takes you into a wonderful new series. I love how the author gave us little glimpses into the future of the series while keeping this book all about the romance between this couple. The characterization was top notch with the leading men and leading lady being very distinct individuals. This pair both came from a place of uncertainty into a HEA that was meant to be. A very easy read and a page turner that will keep you on the edge of your seat. With steamy scenes, great action, and unpredictable moments.

With the last book focusing on the last team member on the Warrior Elite Team 1, I was wondering what the author had in stored for us in this one. This one started out on a more positive note before going downhill. Downhill as in “go directly to ISC, do not pass go, do not collect $200.” Our Omega finds herself and others, fighting for their lives against the ISC. Lucky for them, another Warrior Elite team is already on their way to intercept. But things are a mess and when our Omega and Alpha’s paths crosses, they question and doubt the pull they both have for one another.
Narrators – Tor Thom and Cindy Kay did a wonderful job to bring this story to life. I’m more familiar with Tor’s voice and I think he’s a welcome addition to this series; especially to differentiate between the teams, with Curt Bonnem being the main male narrator for Team 1. I don’t know if he will continue to voice for the rest of this team, but he really is a good fit. Cindy is newer to me but she did very well, a good compliment to Tor.
Overall, this was a great addition to the series. Ever since this team showed up in a previous book, I’ve been hoping we’ll get to know more of this team. Also, with the last book, we still have no clear answers about the ISC. So with the author expanding to this team, I hope that the teams will be able to bring the ISC down for sure. And y’all, I hope Tor is kept on for this team. Even if not, I am just happy to get to hear his “little momma”. Totally heart melting and wet panty HOT!!! LOL. (Note – I didn’t write out the names since I got the audiobook so I don’t know the correct spelling and would rather not have other readers question whether it was the same/correct book.)

Story: Duri (h) and Seung, her alpha best friend and father to her unborn baby, are aboard a spaceship which suddenly crashes on MaiโCus, the planet where the anti-ISC rebels are trying to make their home. The crash survivors are soon picked up by International Science Corps (ISC) soldiers whoโll take them as prisoners to be experimented on, but they quickly rescued by a rebel team, including Cahress (H). The alpha Cahress soon finds himself drawn to Duri, even as the group of rebels and crash survivors struggle through the planetโs harsh environs to meet up with their comrades and elude ISC forces. Lots of action and adventure takes place, with Cahress supporting and caring for Duri all along their trek. A darkish (not as much as come of the other books in the series) and intense fated mates Omegaverse romance with plenty of heat, including heats, rutting, claiming, knotting and more.
Audio: The narrators did a great job with this story. The audiobook use two narrators, a male narrator and a female narrator โ for me it makes such a difference to hear male dialogue with a male voice and female dialogue with a female voice. Tor Thom again does an excellent job with the tone of voice he brings to Cahress (a nice deep and soothing voice) and other male voices, and Cindy Kay gave Duri a voice that seemed to capture her character.

I loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. The story was exciting from the start and I was hooked. When the ship Duri is on crashes and she is captured by the ISC, she is separated from Seung, her best friend and father of her unborn baby. But she and the other omegas are quickly rescued by huge alien alphas who set out to protect them and escort them to safety. I liked Duri from the start. She’s caring and handles what has happened to her very level-headedly. I completely fell in love with Cahress. For all his strength and protectiveness, I thought he was very sweet and considerate. His gentleness surprised me compared to the more gruffness of the alpha heroes of the previous books. I loved how her called her Little Momma and was so careful with her.
I listened to this on audiobook narrated by Tor Thom and Cindy Kay. I thought both did a wonderful job with their narrations- even toned and expressing emotions well. Cindy’s voice suited Duri. And Tor’s voice was deep and smooth- like a caress. I always thought the male narrator in the previous books sounded too gritty and grating, though he also did a good job and different voices well. But I like this narrator so much better. I could listen to him all day!
My new favorite book in this series!
Overall: 5 stars
Performance: 5 stars
Story: 5 stars

Audiobook Version
Love the characters in this book. Action, humor, emotional and interesting. I enjoyed the circumstances around the alpha and omega in this story. The narration was perfectly performed. I recommend this book.

This book had its steamy moments and had its sweet ones as well. I enjoyed listening to the audiobook where the narrators did a phenomenal job at portraying these characters.Duri is an amazing omega who got herself pregnant and did a great job keeping the child live and well inside. Then being captured by unsavory persons this is where cahress comes in. He is so sweet and claimed duri and her child as his. Not many would do that not even in real life. I loved the end of their story it was spicy and sweet.
Beast’s Beauty –
This series gets better and better with each couple finding their true life mate. Cahress Hine in on Duri the moment he saw her. Funny how he didn’t need to smell her to know. I love that Son was excepting of his child being Cahress’ and Duri’s and him Stull remaining the best friend.
I am sooo looking forward to the next one in the series.
